You need to confirm that the following three criteria apply to you:

    Qualitative assessment (6 questions):

You need to confirm that the following six criteria apply to you:

Why we are asking for this information

By confirming that you match all of these criteria, we can allow you into the fund based on the risk assessment required under Guernsey's financial regulation.

On the fund's subscription form, you have to identify what kind of investor you are. After making the confirmations above, you may choose the 1st option: "Licensee admitted investor" (page 17 of the subscription form for individual investors and page 18 of the subscription form for entity investors). For ease, this option will be highlighted on the form.

You may still choose other criteria that apply to you, e.g. you may select on the subscription form that you are a UK Professional Client as defined under FCA regulation or an EU Professional Client. However, if you choose any such other option, we may have to ask you for additional information.

    Monthly factsheet

We distribute a two-page factsheet with commentary every month. You may unsubscribe at any time, and you can also re-subscribe later (using a link in the marketing deck). By submitting this form you consent to receiving these emails.

    In summary

By submitting these confirmations, we are legally allowed to treat you as a "Qualifying Professional Investor".

You will then be able to download the following documents (both via the website and email):

    • Fund Deck, including FAQs (= summary of the fund for marketing purposes).
    • Prospectus (= document containing the legally binding details of the fund).
    • Subscription form for Non-US Investors (Individual or Entity).
    • Form for Self-Certification of Tax Residency (Individual or Entity).
    • Client Due Diligence Form (Individual or Entity)
    • Articles and Memorandum of Association (= constituting documents)

Once you hit "send", we will email you a copy of the form you just filled out so that you can keep it in your personal files.

*If you do not receive your email confirmation shortly, please check your spam/junk folders.

    Thank you for your interest!

      * A professional investor is a classification of investor indicating someone who has sufficient capital and net worth to engage in more advanced and complex types of investment opportunities and has adequate experience and knowledge to make their own investment decisions and understand the risks involved. The definition of sophisticated investor – and the terminology used – varies between jurisdictions. For example, in Guernsey, investors are deemed professional if they can invest at least £/$/€ 100,000 and confirm their ability to withstand even a total loss of the investment. More detailed information and options to register under different schemes of professional investor are contained in our fund documents. If, after reading our documents, you continue to be unclear about your status, then please reach out to us. We may be able to point you towards reliable information resources or suitable professional advisors in your jurisdiction.
